DOMESTIC SHIPPING
$9 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - FREE ON ORDERS OVER $145
All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 2–4 business days (USPS Priority Mail). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
SALES TAX
All taxes for domestic orders are included in our prices.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
$25 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - FREE ON ORDERS OVER $245
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE via USPS. Delivery time varies depending on location but most in stock items will arrive within 10-14 business days.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Your international order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. SUMMERLOVE SWIMWEAR ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
SUMMERLOVE SWIMWEAR does not accept returns, but we will happily exchange your item(s) within 30 days after the delivery date.
EXCHANGE NOTICE
Please download, print & fill out the exchange authorization form and include it with the item(s) you are returning to be exchanged. Shipping charges will apply to any exchange orders. You can download an exchange form by clicking on this link: www.summerloveswimwwear.com/exchange/Exchange-Form.pdf
There will be absolutely no exchanges for items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date. All tags must still be attached to the garment. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered can not be accepted for exchange. If we receive such goods we will charge you $25 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE. (ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS RECEIVED WILL BE REFUSED & RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMER'S SHIPPING EXPENSE.)

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a replacement. SUMMERLOVE SWIMWEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not reach our office.

Shipping costs and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to advertised prices.

All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may incorrectly display items as available on our website. If this occurs, your order will be held and you will be notified of the error before your order is processed.
